can not turn on the launcher

I can not turn on the launcher, it still crushes after being loaded. the program shows sgl launcher stop.I tries to reinstall and redownload and still nothing .This never happened before. before launcher work fine

Hello, 

you should do the following: 

-right click on the aion folder

-remove mark from "read only" and apply it to every folder and files inside. 

-Add aion folder into exceptions in your anti-virus
