Tiamaranta's Eye permanently pvp

many players do not know what to do in game, I thought it would be useful and fun to make tiamarante eye permantly pvp. We are  few player, in 3 month that I play, maybe only 3/4 times has been pvp area.  some mechanics work if we are 3 k of online players, sometimes it is necessary to force some mechanics when the population is low to make the game more fun
