Instances Names

Hello guys, i wanna ask if it is possible to make somehow a instance name help for the English people.. i mean to write the instances names in english and after in russian and if wanna make it even more easy to make a screen with some number or colors at the instances entries and upper or lower to write their names. Something like the next example.
