Untradable Emote Card

Is it possible to refund 40 gcoin for the Sing "Good Day" and Sing "You and I" emote cards.  I bought one of each for a friend and they're untradable and unsellable.  I can't even put it in account warehouse for an alt character and my main character already has both of these emotes.

Sure, it's possible. Post here screenshot when those cards are in your cube, then post screenshot where you deleting them. Also send via PM on forum your account login to @GoldAion with link to this topic.

Admin said my coins have been refunded and it'll show on the website soon.  Thanks, this can be locked or deleted.  I don't have the powers to do it myself.
