Brusthonin Campaign

Normally you would get your Brusthonin campaign quests at level 45/46. I'm level 48 and I still didn't get any quests thus making it impossible for me to do (for example) Adma Strongold.

What am I supposed to do?

Usually, you must, at level 45, automatically obtain a quest in Baltasar Hill Village.

After completing this quest, you will open the following quest chain.
