i was watching a streamer leveling up on the server and when he hit 65 he already had kamaras polearm in his inventory

where can i get that? was it some kind of event?

Hello.

Seems like he bought it on broker. There are no events or rewards for getting 65 lvl.

It drops from the boss and it's tradable.
