Possible errors and their solutions

The most frequent errors and their solution can be found in the previous topic, read it before this one.

Before you start looking for your problem, do the following:
1.DirectX. A sufficient version of the program can be downloaded from the official website . 
2.2.Microsoft Visual C++ . Download and install components from here  
3.Download and install .NET Framework .
4.Check the game client with launcher or torrent.

Errors and solutions:

"CrySystem.dll Loading Failed" (and other .dll files)
Solution: update DirectX to 9.0c+ version.

"AionClient has stopped working" (Win7, 32-bit, aion.bin crash)
Solution: update DirectX

"AionClient - Has stopped working/a problem caused program to stop working correctly" with SendLogClient window
Solution: 1.install DirectX with the latest updates
2.install the latest updates for video card

"Critical error: error loading DLL: Game.dll. error code 14001" or "Runtime Error!"
Solution: update Microsoft Visual C++

“No game server is available to the authorization server” or “Cannot connect to the authorization server” 
Solution: 1.Delete the folder bin32 and update the client via launcher or torrent.
2.It is possible that you are using extra routers to access to the Internet, or active firewall blocks aion.bin processes or its ports. You must add aion.bin to the exceptions and provide the access to every port over TCP protocol.

“You have been disconnected from the server”
Solution: 1.Delete the folder bin32, turn off anti-virus, then update the client with our launcher or torrent.
2.The server can be off/on maintenance.
3.You have got Internet connection issues.
4.You have been away for more than 30min.

“My characters are not displayed”
Solution: reinstall the client or delete bin32 folder and update the client via launcher or torrent.

"Critical error: error loading DLL: Game.dll error code 193”
Solution: delete Game.dll in /bin32 folder and update the client.

“Aion.bin not found”
Solution: Update the game with launcher/ delete bin32 and update the client.

“x:\Document and Settings\Admin\Local Settings\Temp\~.tmp” not found
Solution: the best way is to reinstall Windows.

"This program is unavailable in your country" or "1024"/"Failed to initialize the game"
Solution: delete l10n folder, and update the client.

The game is in Korean or crashes after NCSOFT screen.
Solution: 1.delete l10n folder, and update the client.
2.reinstall/install English patch.

“Aion [1023] Failed to set the graphic acceleration preferences”
Solution: install the latest drivers on the video card.

"Error: _version.ini not found"
Solution: update the game

Error opening .bin file
Solution: add aion.bin to the exceptions of your anti-virus program.

No error, the game doesn’t start
Solution: 1.Make sure that your processor supports SSE2.
2.Run the game as an Administrator.

Black screen with sound on the logging in stage
Solution: start menu -> run -> regedit -> ok, then in the branch HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Aion\Client\ find SystemInfo and delete it.
