Hello again, I’ve made another topic because I have a problem with Quest about Miragent Holy Templar. As we know, we get Hot Heart of Magic to finish one of the quests. The problem is that my item has dissapeared from my storage and I can't finish it. 
My question to Administration - is there anything that you can do? For example transfer it from another account?

You should find among your completed quests the quest giving this Heart of Magic. Then you must make a screenshot of it and send it here (don't cut it!) After we receive the screenshot, we can send you a new item.
