Change Appearance / Disconnected Character creation

I just bought Plastic surgery, which is useless since i get disconnected every 1 minute, i can't even press on "Check Name", because i just need to change my appearance, not create new one.

I even tried to changed it faster but that not working , because after i click on  "Change" he just disconnect me from server. 

Please fix that..

We are aware about this issue. 

It just randomly affects some players and we need to find out the route of the problem. This may take a couple of days.
