I didnt get the gifts the game gives to start

Hello guys! new here! I saw that easy start thing that you get some items to start with but i reached level 10 and did not get any....

I would suggest you to check the survey window (there is an icon to the right from your skills). 

And remember, that the gifts are given to only one character on the account.

Does the easy start aply to 1 character only? cause if yes that happened to me cause it is the 2nd character i create

Yes, only one character on the account.
