Why i not have full song but only 14 second ?

Others players have full song (emotion) !!! First emotion bugged and second only 14 second for me same bug.

Here the thing is in following: 

You can find two "similar" emotions in the shop: https://goldaion.com/shop/details/3ac77101-1a41-411d-944f-c4a84b013fb8 and https://goldaion.com/shop/details/12cd1c97-e20f-454c-af3c-548e3c094081

The first one is cut dance for a few seconds, while the second is full and long dance.
