The Mob ID 213797 resets too fast. It is impossible to kill (exept if you are level 40+).

Hello, sorry, have missed this message somehow :c What do you mean "resets"? Does it recover HP?

This NPC has special mechanics... Yes, it's looks bad, but you need to recruit few members with CC for killing this mob.
