I buy some point on your shop for buy title, but your web site have a bug in the transaction. I have a white page with error code. I retry to take the title and I see the transaction give me 2 title...
I don't need 2 title. Can you take the other and give back the point on my account?

You need to send a screenshot with the removal of an unnecessary title. On the screen, you should see the chat and nickname of your character.

You need to discard this title and it must be logged in chat like "You have discared blablabla-item"

I saw your screenshot posted 6 hours ago in "blood marks bug" topic and it still in your inventory.

For now, I want only the title was remove from Game Master and the 200 points return on my account.
I post all the capture, I don't understand what you want more from me.

And for my blood mark, I lost 76 Blood Mark, because, the NPC never give me the Discordent Belt.
